One Year Warranty

For smartphones, we offer 12 months repair warranty counted from the date of purchase.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer.

DO Apply to The Following

1. For quality-related warranty claims (non-human damage),  buyers can return items for repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.

2. For damage from misuse(including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly), we can offer free repair, but replacement for damaged parts will be charged based on the condition.

DON’T Apply  to The Following

1. Purchases from unauthorized resellers ( the serial number is not valid) .

2. Items that have expired their warranty period.

3. Unauthorized maintenance /misuse/ crash/ mistake/abuse/ water penetration/accident/ recast/ install incorrectly, tear off /alter the tear-proof tag ,serial number, anti fake label .

4. The out package /accessories/ gifted products/ instruction booklet ,the full set of the products are incomplete or deficit /modification of invoice .

5. Damage because of force majeure reasons .

 

About Shipping cost

According to the International after-sales discipline, when you send the phone back to us for repair, the postage needs to be prepaid at your side. At the same time, we will return the repaired ones back to you with shipping cost on us.
